Jersey Sports’ Tour 2017

Pupils from Ballard School in New Milton are attending the Jersey Sports’ tour over the next few days.

Our Upper Prep students landed in Jersey and the boys went to play sevens football tournament hosted at Grainville School, Jersey.

The girls stopped for a lunch at a local cafe – The Crab Shack.

After lunch our girls headed to the beach for some team building exercises, including wheelbarrow races.

One, two three…Jump!

The boys entered three teams into their sevens football tournament. All played really well with great attitude showing #TheBallardWay!

Getting ready to play in their football tournament in Jersey

The A team tournament was a tough group, our B team narrowly missed out on a final on goal difference but some fantastic football played and the C team got to the final but lost 1-0. This turned out to be a fantastic match with a great atmosphere! Well done to all who took part.
