New York 2018

NYC Breakfast

We have had a fantastic first full day here in New York. This morning we had an early start, had brekkie at the local deli where the pupils got to sample lots of the New York brekkie delights! .

9/11 memorial and museum

9/11 museum.

After that we took the subway South to the 9/11 memorial museum. This was a very moving and thought provoking experience for the pupils.

Eileens vs Juniors

After this we made our way to juniors restaurant, to sample their amazing cheesecake and other food delights…

Cinema and Bubba Gumps.

We then headed to the cinema and a few different films were watched, it was nice to relax for a bit and to escape the rain, which has been chucking it down for most of the day.

From there we headed to Bubba Gumps for dinner which was a choice of shrimps or burgers, the food was amazing! In summary a super first full day, and lots of eating! Heading off to the empire state building tonight, everyone is very excited to see the New York skyline at night.
