July 2, 2018

Day Two on our Ballard Year 7 Bude Trip

For more from our Year 7 Bude trip, do see their Blog one.

Wow! What a brilliant first full day in Bude, the pupils woke up at 7am, and either went for a morning swim in the sea pool or a run. Mr H opted for the run, Mr F and Mrs T opted for the swim and Mrs G claimed a hamstring injury… all the pupils were great and got involved!

The day’s activities

Lots of different activities today including dragon boating, caving, high ropes, abseiling and climbing. It’s been sunny all day and staff have been making sure the pupils stay hydrated and all have been advised to wear a hat at all times to help with the sun and heat. The pupils have been brilliant today, overcoming different fears and challenges and working well with their different tutor groups.
